REGULAR PRODUCT RETURNS
Our ordinary product return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Software products are excluded from our ordinary return policy. To complete your return whatever the reason for the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
ProtegoST products are entirely manufactured in Sweden, according to the strictest quality standards. They undergo nearly 60 checks during production. Any manufacturing fault is covered by an international warranty valid for two years from the date of purchase. Your ProtegoST product ("Product") is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a two-year period. The warranty takes effect as of the date of purchase of the Product. You should always provide a Valid Proof of Purchase when activating a warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover:
damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use
theft, loss, acts of God, natural disasters and accidents
damage resulting from any tampering with the Product by any party whatsoever
wear and tear from normal use and aging of the Product
Approval and RMA number
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your replacement is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of the approval. If the approval is due to a warranty claim you will receive a RMA number (Return Merchandize Authorization Number). Protego ST is not responsible for product returns without an RMA number. A second email will follow within four business days to confirm your replacement has been processed by us. This email normally includes a DHL tracking number and your RMA number. In some countries, an alternative courier might be used.
Replacement products or alternatives
The Company will replace a defective product at its sole discretion with either a new product or with a refurbished product of an equivalent or better functionality. Obsolete or discontinued products that are defective and under warranty will be replaced with the same product, if available. Otherwise, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent or better functionality.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com or on the contact form on our website.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or on the contact form on our website and then send your item to: Sigillium AB, Filippavägen 2B, LUND, M, 22241, Sweden.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 100€ Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
